Framsidan: En glad påsk och mycket trefligt önskas dig från syster Gerda. Uppochner: Jag väntar på bref från dig. Jag hoppas du mår bra. Baksidan: Jag väntar mycket på bref från dig. Jag hoppas du mår bra, som jag gör. I dag är det långfredag. Undrar [hvar?] du får roligt lika mycke som jag kanske.

Långfredag 1906 var den 13 april.


Front: I wish you Happy Easter and a good time / Your sister Gerda Upside-down: I am waiting for a letter from you. I hope you are well. Back: I am very much waiting for a letter from your. I hope you are well, as I am. Today is Good Friday. I wonder [where/if] you will have as much fun as me, perhaps.

Good Friday 1906 was 13 April.


Leksand is a locality in the province of Dalarna in Sweden. The woman is wearing a traditional costume. (Gerda seems to have brought a supply of Swedish postcards with her when she emigrated to the US.)
